You can order now and collect from the dedicated Click and Collect merch stand in District X (formally known as The Village). Please note, this is for ticket holders attending the festival only. Day ticket holders are allowed access to District X South where the click and collect stand is located.

Available time slots for collection on Wednesday 10th, Thursday 11th, Friday 12th, Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th. Please note, the 10am - 12pm slot is not available on Wednesday 10th.

All available products online qualify for Click and Collect. All you need to do is:

• Add as many products as you want to your basket
• Before you checkout you will be asked to confirm a suitable date and time to collect your order and that you accept the Click and Collect Terms and Conditions
• You must select the Click & Collect service at checkout
• Enter your details, choose a payment option and pay
• That's it! Simply head over to the Click & Collect stand on your chosen day and time slot to collect your order. Remember, you'll need your order number to collect your merch!

Click & Collect Terms & Conditions

1. Availability of Products

All products shown on this website are available for click and collect at Download Festival. The click and collect stand is located in District X (formally known as The Village) by the merchandise stand. Product stock will be allocated for all confirmed orders.

2. Collection Process

Before checking out, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and must choose a date and time slot (two-hour time slots) to collect their order from the click and collect stand. The customer must bring their order confirmation when collecting their order and show a member of staff their order confirmation number.

The customer must not collect their order outside of their chosen day and time slot. This enables our merchandise teams to fulfil orders in a fair and timely manner, improving the click and collect service for all customers. Late collections are acceptable if conditions are out of the customer's control, such as travel delays. We advise customers to check set times for their favourite bands before choosing a time slot to avoid delaying their order collection or missing performances. Late collections may result in a poor and slow collection experience.

3. Order Confirmation and Notification

Once the customer has placed an order, they will receive a confirmation email that includes their chosen date and time slot for their order collection. This is followed by an email confirming the products have been allocated for their order and will be ready for collection on the chosen date and time slot. The "ready to collect" notification does not mean the order is available for collection upon receiving this email. Customers will be reminded to collect on their chosen date and time only. 

4. Operating Hours

Our click and collect service will be in operation during the hours of 12pm - 8pm on Wednesday, 10th June 2026, then 8am - 8pm from Thursday 11th June. Click and collect service will close online on Sunday, 14th June 2026 at 6pm. All remaining collections are to be collected by 8pm from the merch stand.

5. Uncollected Orders

All orders that are not collected during the operational hours will be cancelled from Monday, 15th June 2026. We are not able to facilitate a delivery service for home delivery during this time or after the festival for all orders placed from Monday, 8th June 2026, to Sunday, 14th June 2026.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to stock demands and stock allocating for click and collect orders, we do not offer an exchange or order adjustments. The customer should thoroughly review their order before purchasing. Customers are advised to read our returns policy for more details or if they are unhappy with the product received.
